You know what sucks? When you lose a very close friend; over the stupidest, smallest, dumbest thing! And you know what's worst? Knowing that they know you're right, and they're too bigheaded to admit it! And what's even worst, even after you went about solving the problem the right way, they still seem to twist things around to make it seem like you're the "mean one". That right there, pisses me off. Sadly, this has happened to me, and it's sad to see one of my closest friends gone, and only after being a semester apart; it's a shame really. And even though, now she's not busy anymore or should I say "doesn't have anything on her plate", she just assumes that everything is back to normal. As if everything she's said to me, and about me just disappears into thin air, as if her flipping out on me never happened, as if all of this was just some big misunderstanding. Well, WAKE UP CALL; EVERYTHING IS NOT OKAY. I want an apology. Normally I'm ALWAYS the one to humble myself and apologize first, but this time, this time I'm not going to do that. I'm not the one to blame, it's her this time. I want to hear an "I'm sorry..." haha, but knowing her, I won't get one, and we won't be friends anymore. But you know what? That's okay, it really is. Because in her leaving my life, it's opened up my life to a new friend. I guess somethings are just meant to be, whether we like it or not. And sometimes it's the best thing to happen to us, and other times, we just want everything to end. Either way, we gotta play with the cards we're dealt...
Love, Nik.
